Target Audience - please help flesh out these profiles so we can have a solid target to write for.

Dani Liese - well-educated, expects excellent writing skills and organization, requires facts,sources, and visual aides.
Utah Adults - mostly conservative, emotion-driven
Utah Lawmakers - mostly conservative, history of trying to limit access to liquor.
